GENERAL NOTES FOR THE PRACTICE

  • New students should arrive at least 20 minutes before class starts.
  • All students should arrive on time, so as not to miss the first breathing exercise.
  • Always practice with an empty stomach.
  • Clothes should be light and comfortable. It's hot!
  • It is very important to drink PLENTY OF WATER before and after class in order to stay well hydrated (water bottles available for sale at the studio)
  • A yoga mat and a towel are mandatory to practice. They are both available for rent and sale at the studio.
  • You do not have to be flexible, yoga will MAKE you flexible!
  • Muscle soreness after the first class is to be expected. The best way to overcome this is to come back the next day!
  • Classes are 90 minutes long.
