What is Hot Pilates?
Inferno Hot Pilates is a H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) practice, based on the principles of Pilates, which promotes deep muscle work in a heated room.
Each class lasts 60 minutes and provides intense cardiovascular work, strengthening all the deep muscles, especially the core (abs, glutes, hips, shoulders), without risk of joint injury.
HIIT Pilates classes are designed for all levels, with everyone doing what they can at their own pace. They are held to music, to provide even more motivation.
As with Bikram Yoga, you will need a mat, two towels, and a bottle of water.
