Beginners/first time

New to Yoga Bikram?

All of the classes on the schedule are open to beginners. You need to arrive at the studio at least 20 minutes before class starts for the first time. You will then be asked to fill out the registration form. If you are new to our studio and live in Paris you are eligible for our 10 day ‘Discovery Offer’. This means you can practice any class (we have 60 on the schedule) in both of our centres during a 10 consecutive days period for just 45 euros.

You can buy this offer before coming to the studio online.

The mat rental is not included in the 10 day trial.  Mats, towels are 2 euros each, as are bottles of water.

You can bring your own mat, towels and water if you wish.

You need to use a large thick towel for the practice (on the yoga mat) but you can use any type of towel you want to for the shower.

You should wear something that is light and comfortable and allows you to move easily for the practice, for example a sports bra top, shorts or leggings. It is not a good idea to wear jogging trousers or long sleeved t-shirts.

We practice bare foot.

Try to hydrate yourself as much as possible before coming to class, and don’t come to class with a full stomach.

For information; the morning classes are generally quieter than the evening ones.
